Returns & Refund Policy – We Make Footballers Shop Last updated: May 2026

Overview

All products sold through shop.wemakefootballers.com are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printify, Inc. Because every item is made to order specifically for you, our returns policy differs from a standard retail store. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Print-on-Demand – What This Means for Returns

We do not hold stock. Every item is manufactured by Printify's network of print providers after your order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected at the time of ordering
  • Items that have been worn, washed or removed from original packaging

We strongly recommend checking the size guides on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@wemakefootballers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the fault or error

We will raise the issue with Printify on your behalf. Where Printify confirms a fault or fulfilment error, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Resolution is subject to Printify's assessment process and their merchant policies, though we will push for a swift outcome.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Issues reported outside the 14-day window may not be eligible for a remedy.

Returns Process

If a return is agreed – in cases where Printify's policies permit a physical return – we will provide you with a return address and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and we cannot guarantee a refund in those circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window for faulty/incorrect goods
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Personalised or custom-printed items (unless faulty or incorrectly fulfilled)
  • Sale items and orders placed using discount codes, unless faulty
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is agreed for a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange this through Printify. If you wish to order a different size or product, please place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification, under EU consumer law. To exercise this right, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@wemakefootballers.com with your order number to initiate this process.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and assessed – or where Printify has confirmed a fault without requiring a physical return – we will notify you of the outcome by email. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the amount.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@wemakefootballers.com.

Our Liability

We Make Footballers acts as the storefront operator. Manufacturing, fulfilment and shipping are handled entirely by Printify. While we will always act in good faith to support you in resolving issues, our ability to offer remedies is subject to Printify's policies and their assessment of any claim. We Make Footballers cannot be held liable for manufacturing defects, fulfilment errors or shipping damage beyond the steps we take to pursue resolution with Printify on your behalf.
