Terms & Conditions – We Make Footballers Shop Last updated: May 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using shop.wemakefootballers.com and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

We Make Footballers operates shop.wemakefootballers.com as a branded merchandise store. All products are manufactured, fulfilled and shipped by Printify, Inc., an independent third-party print-on-demand platform. This store is powered by Shopify. We Make Footballers acts solely as the brand owner and storefront operator – we do not manufacture, handle, store or ship any products.

2. Fulfilment & Manufacturing

All orders placed on this store are passed directly to Printify for production and fulfilment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Manufacturing, quality control, packaging and shipping are the sole responsibility of Printify and their network of print providers
  • Delivery timescales are determined by Printify and their fulfilment partners, not by We Make Footballers
  • Any issues relating to production quality, shipping delays, lost parcels or damaged goods are subject to Printify's own policies, which can be found at printify.com
  • Payment processing is handled entirely by Shopify's payment infrastructure, subject to Shopify's Terms of Service at shopify.com/legal/terms

We Make Footballers has no direct control over fulfilment outcomes and cannot intervene in disputes between customers and Printify's fulfilment network.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We Make Footballers does not store or process payment card data.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, which can be adjusted using the currency selector on the site. Prices include VAT where applicable for UK customers. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Any pricing discrepancies resulting from currency conversion are outside our control.

5. Products & Variations

All products are produced on demand by Printify. As a result:

  • Slight variations in colour, print placement or finish may occur between orders and may differ from product images on the website
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of exact appearance
  • We Make Footballers makes no warranties regarding manufacturing quality beyond those offered directly by Printify

6. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

As all products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will raise the matter with Printify on your behalf in accordance with their merchant policies. Resolutions – including replacements or refunds – are subject to Printify's assessment and approval process.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is fulfilled by Printify's network. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We Make Footballers accepts no liability for delays caused by Printify, their print providers, or third-party carriers. For lost or significantly delayed orders, customers should contact us and we will liaise with Printify on your behalf, though resolution timescales are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All We Make Footballers branding, logos and creative assets appearing on products and on this website remain the intellectual property of We Make Footballers Ltd. They may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We Make Footballers' liability is limited to the value of the order in question
  • We Make Footballers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, any product purchased, or any act or omission by Printify or Shopify
  • We Make Footballers is not responsible for the availability, reliability or performance of Printify's or Shopify's platforms

10. Third-Party Platforms

This store operates on Shopify's platform and uses Printify for fulfilment. Use of this store is also subject to:

  • Shopify's Terms of Service: shopify.com/legal/terms
  • Printify's Terms of Service: printify.com/terms-of-service

In the event of a conflict between these terms and those of Shopify or Printify as they relate to their respective services, Shopify's and Printify's terms shall govern for matters within their control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For order queries, please contact us via shop.wemakefootballers.com. Where issues relate to fulfilment, production or delivery, we will liaise with Printify on your behalf, but we recommend also familiarising yourself with Printify's customer policies at printify.com.

One note: these terms do a reasonable job of pushing liability toward Printify and Shopify, but you should have a solicitor sense-check them before publishing – particularly the returns section, as UK consumer law places certain obligations on the retailer regardless of the fulfilment model.
