Delivery Policy – We Make Footballers Shop Last updated: May 2026


Thank you for shopping with We Make Footballers. All products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printify, Inc. and their network of print providers. This means your order goes straight from production to your door – but it also means delivery timescales and carrier performance are outside our direct control. We'll always do our best to support you if something goes wrong.

Production Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During peak periods – including holidays and promotional events – production times may be slightly longer. Production time is separate from and in addition to shipping time.

Shipping Times

UK

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch (where available)

Europe

  • 5–10 business days after dispatch

USA & Canada

  • 5–10 business days after dispatch

Rest of World

  • 7–14 business days after dispatch

All timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are provided by Printify's fulfilment network. They are not guarantees. We Make Footballers cannot be held liable for delays caused by Printify, their print providers, or third-party carriers.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

As a general guide, factor in production time plus shipping time when planning your order:

  • UK: approximately 5–10 business days from order to delivery
  • Europe: approximately 7–15 business days from order to delivery
  • USA/Canada: approximately 7–15 business days from order to delivery
  • Rest of World: approximately 10–20 business days from order to delivery

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery windows.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email. Tracking availability depends on the carrier assigned by Printify's fulfilment network and may not be available for all destinations.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout. We Make Footballers has no control over customs processing times or charges, and delays caused by customs are outside our liability.

We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Printify on your behalf. We ask that you allow:

  • Up to 21 days from dispatch for UK orders
  • Up to 30 days from dispatch for international orders

before we can formally class an order as lost and pursue a replacement or refund through Printify. These timescales are set by Printify's merchant policies and are outside our control, but we will push for a resolution as quickly as possible.

Please note that We Make Footballers cannot guarantee outcomes in lost parcel investigations, as resolution is subject to Printify's assessment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. We Make Footballers cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible and we will attempt to intercept it with Printify – but this cannot be guaranteed.

Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to the fulfilment centre as undeliverable or refused at delivery, any costs associated with re-shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We Make Footballers will not be liable for the original shipping cost in these circumstances.

Liability

All delivery is subject to Printify's shipping partners and their terms of service. We Make Footballers acts as the storefront operator only and cannot be held liable for production delays, shipping delays, carrier failures, lost parcels, or customs delays. We will always act in good faith to support customers in resolving issues, but resolution is ultimately subject to Printify's policies.
